When This Is Not A Chiropractic Problem
Some symptoms need an emergency department rather than a clinic. Go to the ER, not here, if any of these are true.
- Loss of bowel or bladder control, or numbness through the saddle area. This can be cauda equina syndrome and it is an emergency
- Weakness that is getting worse, a foot that drags, or numbness that is spreading. A progressive neurological deficit
- Fever alongside back pain, or a recently suppressed immune system, which can point to infection
- A fall, a crash or any significant trauma that could have caused a fracture

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
Not usually. You can book directly by calling 817-800-7136. Veterans are the exception: if you are coming through the VA Community Care Network, the referral from your VA health care team has to be in place before the appointment is scheduled.
Does Chiro Factory take insurance?
Yes, and cash as well. The plans seen most often here are Blue Cross Blue Shield, Wellmed, UHC and Medicare. What your particular plan covers varies, so call before your first visit and we will check it rather than leaving you to find out afterwards.
How much does a visit cost?
The new patient special is $175, normally $216, and it covers vitals, an orthopedic and neurological assessment and a posture analysis. Ongoing visit cost depends on whether you are using insurance and which plan you have, which is why it is quoted on the phone rather than posted.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Appointments only. That is deliberate rather than restrictive. It means the time is actually held for you and the examination does not get cut short because someone is waiting in reception.
What happens on a first visit?

What sets this practice apart from other chiropractors in Arlington?
