What This Document Covers
This policy applies to the Chiro Factory website. It does not cover how your medical records are handled inside the clinic, which is governed by federal and Texas health privacy law and described in the clinic Notice of Privacy Practices. That is a separate document and it is provided to you as a patient. If you have not been given a copy, ask at reception or call 817-800-7136.

What Is Collected
Information This Website Handles
- Anything you type into a contact form, such as your name, email address, telephone number and your message. This is used to reply to you and for no other purpose.
- Basic usage data gathered by website analytics: pages viewed, roughly how long for, the type of device and browser, the general region you connected from, and the site that referred you. This is used to understand which pages are useful.
- Cookies and similar technology, small files stored by your browser, used to make the site work and to gather the usage data above. Your browser settings let you block or delete them, and the site remains usable if you do.
What this website deliberately does not collect
No medical information, no symptoms, no diagnosis, no treatment history and no payment card details are collected through this website. Any general message form here is for simple non-medical questions. Anything clinical goes through the booking system or the telephone, which are the channels set up to hold that kind of information. Please do not send health details through a web form.

Who Else Is Involved
- Online booking. Booking links on this site take you to a separate booking and records system operated by a third party. Once you are there, that provider's own privacy terms apply to what you enter.
- Website analytics. Aggregate usage measurement, as described above.
- Website hosting. The company that runs the servers this site is served from processes standard server logs.
Your information is not sold, rented, or handed over for someone else's marketing. It may be disclosed where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the rights or safety of a person.

Health information and HIPAA
Chiro Factory PLLC follows the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to safeguard your Protected Health Information. You may request a copy of the clinic Notice of Privacy Practices at any time. Your health records are handled under that notice rather than under this website policy, and this website is not the place to send health details. There is a note about that on the New Patient page.
Children
This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly gather information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, call 817-800-7136 and it will be removed.
Changes to this policy
This policy is effective from 17 August 2026 and may be updated. The version published on this page is the version in force, and material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.
