What We Treat, Arlington Texas
What We Treat At Chiro Factory
Start here
Chiro Factory treats mechanical problems of the spine, joints and the muscles that drive them, at 3825 W Green Oaks Blvd in west Arlington. Pick the page below that matches what you are dealing with, because each one covers what the evidence says about that specific problem, what care can realistically do, and the warning signs that mean a hospital rather than an appointment. If nothing matches, call 817-800-7136 and describe it.
Conditions
Pick The One That Sounds Like You
Low back pain
The most common reason people book. What settles on its own, what does not, and what the guidelines actually recommend first.
Neck pain
Stiffness, headaches that start at the base of the skull, and pain that runs into the shoulder or arm.
Sciatica
Pain running from the low back or buttock down the back of the leg, often with pins and needles.
Herniated or bulging disc
What a disc problem actually is, how often it settles without surgery, and when it stops being a conservative case.
Scoliosis
What the Cobb angle bands mean, what care around a curve can do, and the point at which it becomes a surgical question.
Knee pain
Pain on stairs, aching after sitting, or a knee that gives way. Often the knee is where it hurts and the hip is where it failed.
Auto injury
Neck and back pain after a collision, what the guideline recommends, and the common treatments it says to skip.
Veterans
A VA Community Care Network provider, accepting veterans. Exactly what to ask your VA team for.
Headaches and migraines
Headaches that start in the neck behave differently from migraine. Which is which, and what the trials actually found.
Shoulder pain
Painful overhead, painful to lie on. Why the neck and the shoulder blade get examined alongside the joint itself.
TMJ and jaw pain
Clicking, aching and difficulty chewing. What jaw and neck treatment can offer, and where a dentist has to lead.
Pelvic and SI joint pain
Pain low and to one side, worse getting out of a car. The sacroiliac joint accounts for a real share of chronic low back pain.
Spinal degeneration
A report full of alarming words. What degeneration means, how common it is in people with no pain at all, and what to do about it.
Numbness and tingling
Pins and needles mean a nerve is involved somewhere along its length. The pattern on your skin is what narrows down where.
Vertigo and dizziness
Several different causes, treated differently. The common inner ear one is not an adjusting problem, and you get told which one it looks like.
Constipation
A straight answer to a question this clinic gets asked often. It is a medical problem before it is a mechanical one.
How The Examination Works
Finding Where It Failed, Not Just Where It Hurts
The place it hurts and the place that gave way are often several joints apart, and treating only the first one is why some problems keep coming back.
Dr. India Monet is certified in applied kinesiology, which in practice means manual muscle testing is used to assess how the body responds under load, muscle by muscle and joint by joint. On a long-standing problem with a lot of compensation built on top of it, that is the right question to be asking.
Assess
History, examination and manual muscle testing, with serious causes ruled out before anything else happens.
Treat
Manual therapy and adjusting where it is indicated, aimed at the structures the examination pointed at.
Load
Strengthening using the rack and cable machine in the clinic, because tissue that is not loaded does not get more robust.

Common Questions
Before You Pick A Page
My problem is not on this list. Can you still help?
Possibly, and the way to find out is a phone call rather than a guess. Call 817-800-7136 and describe what is happening in plain language. If it is not a mechanical problem, or not one for a chiropractor, you will be told that and pointed somewhere more useful.
Do I need a referral to book?
Not in general. You can book directly through the online booking system or by calling. Veterans coming through the VA Community Care Network are the exception, because that route needs a referral from your VA health care team before the appointment is scheduled.
Do you take insurance?
Chiro Factory takes insurance and also sees patients paying directly. What applies to you depends on your cover, so call 817-800-7136 and it gets checked before you commit to an appointment.
Will I need an X ray or a scan first?
Only if the examination points that way. There is no imaging equipment in this building, so a scan means a referral out. That is deliberate: imaging is ordered when a finding calls for it, not routinely on everyone who walks through the door.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Book online through the booking system or call 817-800-7136. The clinic is appointments only, so it is worth booking before you drive over.
What are the hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday run 9:00am to 12:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Thursday is 3:00pm to 6:00pm only. Closed Saturday and Sunday. The full table is on the first visit page.
Not Sure Which One You Are?
Call and describe what is happening in your own words. Sorting that out is the job, not yours.
