Appointments

Booking, Changing And Cancelling

  • Chiro Factory operates by appointment. Booking is through the online booking system or by calling 817-800-7136.
  • Booking requests are confirmed by the clinic. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment until you hear back.
  • Any cancellation or missed appointment terms are those presented to you at the time of booking, and in the clinic paperwork you complete as a patient.
  • Fees, insurance and what is covered in your case are confirmed with the clinic directly. No pricing is published on this website.
