At Chiro Factory, we are proud to provide high-quality chiropractic care as an out-of-network provider. We understand that navigating insurance can be overwhelming—but don’t worry, we’re here to make it as smooth as possible. Our team will verify your out-of-network benefits and inform you on your next steps, so you can focus on your health.
We work with most PPO insurance plans and which allow for claim reimbursements.
Here’s how it works:

You pay for your visit at the time of service.

We provide you with a superbill that includes diagnosis codes, treatment details, and provider information.

You submit this document to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please Note: Because out-of-network benefits vary greatly by plan, we highly recommend contacting your insurance provider before your visit. Understanding your specific coverage will help avoid confusion or unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.

Chiro Factory No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Chiro Factory, we value your time and are committed to providing the best care possible. To ensure all patients have access to appointments, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
✔️ Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
✔️ Cancellations can be made by phone or text.
✔️ Missed appointments (no-shows) or late cancellations will incur a $30 fee per occurrence.
We understand that life happens! If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and other patients in need of care.
